Many of my clients have been in the same position and I have helped them to overcome even the most chronic of conditions allowing them to exercise in ways they no longer thought they could. One of my primary focuses when working with every person is to understand any health issue that has been holding them back from doing what they want to do and achieving their fitness and weight goals. I will help you find a way to move safely and have FUN with it, all whilst lowering your stress and boosting your weight loss results.
